MARDUK Ink Licensing Agreements For New CD

Sweden's MARDUK have signed licensing agreements with The End Records in the U.S., CD Maximum in Russia, and Hellion Records in South America for the release of their new album, "World Funeral". "World Funeral" is due in Europe on Feb. 24 through the group's own Blooddawn Productions. A limited-edition CD single/7" EP containing one track from the album, "Hearse", and a cover of the POSSESSED classic "Phantasm" will surface on Feb. 10. In other news, the band been confirmed to headline one of the nights at this year's Party.San Open Air Festival, set to take place Aug. 7-9 in Bad Berka, Germany. Other acts scheduled to appear at the event include DIMENSION ZERO, NAGLFAR, LORD BELIAL, VADER, BEHEMOTH, MALEVOLENT CREATION, TENEBRE, and DESTROYER 666.
